Walking to think

I have been walking a lot recently, walking to think, walking to get healthier, well just walking anywhere with whoever will walk with me.

I read once in a wonderful book by Sidney Poitier, there is something that happens when you walk somewhere with with someone, its unspoken but all of us do it ā€“ either you adjust your pace to theirs, or they adjust to yours… In your life right now, whose pace have you adjusted to?
