My favourite teacher story

As my son is a school teacher now and I am a very proud father I have started to collect or notice teacher stories. This one below is one of my faves, enjoy !

A school teacher ran a test that had several sections, each of which contained three questions. He told the students to choose one question from each section.

The first category in each section was the hardest and was worth 50 points, the second category in each section was not quite as hard and worth 40 points and the last was easiest and worth 30 points. Stick with me you won’t have to write notes I promise.

So when they turned in their papers they were keen to know the result. Well, next class he handed the results out to the students. The ones who attempted the harder questions were given A’s and the students who attempted the easiest ones, even if they got all the answers correct, all they got was no more than a C!

The students with C’s were very upset and asked why and the teacher leant back and replied “I wasn’t testing your knowledge, I was testing your aim”

Aim high! The future you see is this person you’ll be
