Learning and growing

We all like the feeling that we know the most about a subject. in a room full of people, It is enticing, its makes you feel good. There is nothing wrong with a desire to know and control your environment.

How would you react if I said it is hurting you, it is at least holding you back from you learning more. The tendency gets in the way of trying new things, and growing as a person.

This desire to stay where you are is about ego and fear of judgement. The easier it is for you to admit you don’t know, the more likely we are to either learn it ask for help, or be at peace about it. If you can feel comfortable feeling uncomfortable, you can do new things. If you can become discontent being content you can keep growing.
