People at the top of their industry can be tough. They are not the most patient. They like doing and not talking. They are focussed to the point of tunnel vision. That’s what makes them the best at what they do.
They can be intimidating, especially to the inexperienced, but they recognize effort and excellence. If you show up everyday and give your all, they will respond to you positively. They exercise extreme accountability and expect the same.
If you can hold it with the best they will make you better. If you are clear about your vision. If you stay firm on the mission. They will give you everything and at the end of that endeavour you will never except anything less again.
