Be Storyworthy

I’m reading a book called ‘Storyworthy’ and there’s a daily reflection exercise the author recommends called Homework for Life.

The idea he proposes is that at the end of every day, you spend a few minutes thinking “What’s the most story-worthy thing that happened today?” Then you should make a spreadsheet of each of your Storyworthy moments, and over time, you can build a bank of stories fit for sharing.

This idea has been really powerful for my Blog writing. It encourages me to reflect on my day in an easy way, and allows me to remember parts of my life that I might have missed.

I will report back on this Blog with insights that I gain from this process, and it would be nice to exchange notes if any of you fancies joining along.
