Read the manual
Don’t operate this equipment
Do not tamper
Don’t open
This is what most of our life has become, a series of infantile instructions saying you are an idiot, you can’t be trusted. Any manual that starts “how to read this manual” is a big red flag. The infantilism of our everyday lives is how it feels. You should trust the adults, the ones who made the rules!
But who made the rules? the people who made the rules are no smarter than you. They had their pressures and influences, their foibles and detractors. Trust yourself more, the world is not this untouchable, unapproachable, unrepairable black box. It deserves a prod, a poke and a kick of the tyres. Maybe even a shake every now and then.
Who made the rules?
Jurgen Von Frankel (made up this name)
Ignore more warnings, break more rules, it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission. I am not talking anarchy or law breaking I am just saying when Waze tells you to turn left, maybe turn right occasionally and push the limits or what you feel you can do.
The world will not thank you for it, it will tut and shake its head just ask yourself the question often ‘who made the rules?!’
