After missing out of most of the spring summer with Covid-19 I finally spent two weeks Staycation down the beach– and that for me means a beach barbecue!
With West Sussex skies and serene sunsets, all that remains to be perfect is a Beer and a Beach BBQ. Owning a holiday home on the beach has allowed me to get pretty good at grilling next to the sea. I have an outdoor kitchen at our main house and so I can BBQ all year round with some of the best technology available, but back to basics beach cooking is just perfection, I have refined and improved with every BBQ session and so thought it might be good to share on here.
